After bending the bumper at Leadville, I decided to do some "trimming" to aleviate that situation.
It's now moved a f

It's now moved a full 1" up and in.
Also note the cutting of the corners and the bottom of the ends.

No, I didn't miss-drill the holes after marking them.
The bracket "pivots" from the front-most bolt.
I put the brack

I put the bracket in the center of it's travel, and leveled the holes from there.
